 Dr. Shallenberger is licensed both as a Medical Doctor and a Homeopathic Medical Doctor, and has been practicing nutritional and preventive medicine since 1978.

While it is in no way a substitution for a healthy diet, the spectrum and doses in this mixture reflect the current state of the art in nutritional supplementation and detoxification. When used in conjunction with organic flax oil, a healthy diet, regular exercise, Dr. S’s QuickStart formula can help to prevent and resolve many symptoms and disorders without any other needed intervention.
Dr. S’s Three Month Rule
Remember that every cell in your body except the nerve and brain cells will reproduce itself within 3 months. This means that every three months you get to have a brand new body! If these new cells are bathed in all the nutrients found in two scoops of QuickStart, guess what? They are much healthier cells than their parents were. The cells produced over the next three months will be even better. This rejuvenation phenomenon will continue until you feel as good as you've ever felt. At that point reduce the QuickStart dose to 1 scoop if desired, and continue to take the mixture every morning for maintenance.
