Frank Shallenberger, M.D., H.M.D., A.B.A.A.M.
 Dr. Shallenberger has been practicing medicine for 25 years, after graduating from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, and receiving post graduate training at Mt. Zion Hospital in San Francisco. He is one of only 16 physicians in Nevada that are licensed both in conventional medicine as well as alternative and homeopathic medicine. This allows him to integrate the best of both approaches for optimal results.
Dr. Shallenberger is a member of the American College for the Advancement of Medicine, The American Preventive Medical Association, and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. He has served as a founding board member of the International Bio-Oxidative Medical Foundation, and is also a board member of the Society for Orthomolecular-Health Medicine. He is a past Clinical Instructor of Family Medicine at the U.C. Davis School of Medicine, and has been appointed by the governor of Nevada to serve on the Nevada State Board of Homeopathic Medical Examiners. Dr. Shallenberger is a specialist in Anti-Aging Medicine, and is board certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine. He has published several scientific and clinical papers, and has lectured extensively in the United States and abroad. He is best known for his research involving the use of oxidative therapy for immune related disorders.

Saundra Koeck - Colon Hydrotherapist
 Saundra is a member of the International Association for Hydrotherapy and is certified as an Advanced Colon Hydrotherapist. She also has extensive training and experience in massage work including Craniosacral, Shiatsu, and Trager massage techniques. Colon-hydrotherapy demands an experienced and gentle practitioner, and Saundra is just that.

Allison Squelch – Clinical Aesthetics
 Alli is our licensed clinical aesthetician with five years' experience. Alli’s goal as a skin care therapist is to help us achieve healthy, vibrant skin—no matter what our age. And those of you who know Alli will know that she is completely dedicated to this work.
Skin care and skin treatments used to be viewed as a luxury. Thankfully, these attitudes are changing as people are understanding the importance, and reaping the benefits, of proper skin care through modern technology. Alli's high-end technology includes the Futur-Tec Skin Regenerator System which uses ultrasound, microcurrent, vacuum, and laser light therapy to exfoliate, stimulate collagen and elastin and increase circulation and deeply delivers product into the skin. She is also well versed in the use of hydroxy acid treatments that include glycolic and lactic acids.
Additionally, Alli provides the full line of advanced skin care services including European facials and relaxing facials. She customizes her facial techniques to accommodate various skin needs. She also does face waxing and lash and brow tinting. She is also offering more advanced, medically based treatments. These treatments include the erbium:YAG laser resurfacing and TCA peels. These treatments will be performed under the supervision of Dr. Shallenberger, and are marvelous when more intensive therapy is needed. Many of these treatments are great for men as well as women.

Carol Mallory, RN, MSN, APN
 Carol is a one of a kind, with an exceptional level of experience.
She has been a nurse for over 35 years, working as an RN in multiple
specialties. She then received a Masters Degree in Nursing from from the
University of Nevada in Reno and is licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Over the years, Carol has studied and mastered many modalities in Holistic
Medicine, receiving certifications in Acupressure, Biofeedback, Holistic
Nursing, and Healing Touch. In addition, Carol holds a Masters Degree in
Holistic Health from John F. Kennedy University.
Carol combines her extensive experience in a variety of conventional
medicine settings with her knowledge of Holistic Health, a valuable
combination for consumers seeking care that can address the whole person.
Besides offering general primary care, her specialty at the Nevada Center is
Women's Wellness, Bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, biofeedback,
and stress reduction.
